What a beautiful day here. We played outside all morning...we did sidewalk chalk, played with rollie pollies, dug for grub worms...eew, rode bicycles, played animal groomer on the back porch with Kaitlyn's beauty salon toys, Mickey Mouse Roadralley, did acrobatics and superhero on the swingset, and then had a nice picnic lunch on the back porch. What a fun day. Kaitlyn learned to read a new book (she was so proud of herself) I even managed to get most of a research paper written during naptime!
To top it all off, Andrew -aka our little ham...as if you didn't know, decided he needed to put on a show for the crowd at Rosa's this evening with his rendition of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star". As he stood in the booth and sang his song we all smiled and laughed, especially when he ended his diddy with "AMEN!" Then he turned to me and said, "Mommy! Say Amen!" LOL!!!
Oh, these sweet children are such a blessing. :)
